The founding of Goguryeo
A prince fleeing Buyeo founds the most warlike Korean kingdom

According to the Samguk sagi and Samguk yusa, in 37 BC Prince Jumong, who had fled the kingdom of Buyeo, founded Goguryeo at Jolbon on the middle Yalu. Archaeology suggests the state may be older; Goguryeo became the strongest of the Three Kingdoms of Korea and fell in 668.
